Our Campaign Vision
The 25 year old Marijuana Party defeated cannabis prohibition in the courts bringing positive change to Canada. We are campaigning for our 21 year old policy of strategic voting. In this by-election we believe the only candidate that has a chance of beating Pierre Poilievre is Bonnie Critchley. Our campaign aims to educate voters about the benefits of strategic voting and cannabis legalization. We promote responsible use and responsible voting. Highlights
Marijuana Prohibition
With a strong commitment to public engagement, we believe in empowering citizens to take action, whether through volunteering or donating to support our cause.
Kenneth organized and built Edmonton 420 into an event that drew from 10k to 15k attendance for over a decade before the end of cannabis prohibition in 2018.
The Marijuana Party beat the pot laws in court through a series of constitutional challenges in court. We are a party of litigation, not the ballot box.
Since prohibition ended we have beaten Elections Canada twice in court and have a third case pending with them now over election funding. We are tiny but mighty.
Join us in this crucial battle for law, justice and societal reform.
